District Documents

The District has and periodically updates several planning documents. These documents assure that the District is current with ever changing regional, state, and federal regulations, and will have the necessary funding and infrastructure in place to meet these requirements. The District’s Sewer Master Plan provides an orderly plan for upgrades while the 2008 Sewer System Management Plan (updated in 2010 and 2013) establishes requirements for its operation. The District’s Reserve Fund Policy provides a blueprint for orderly budgeting. Annual financial statement audits and State of California financial transaction reports provide the public with transparency.
